 This is not your usual roadmap. Our priority is on making an IRL impact for our community of founders and we are incredibly grateful to our international and art collecting friends for their support. After the sale, this site will convert to accountability tracking and pair more closely with tacostars.org.

We will obviously have swag, maintain active digital channels, and host events. Reminder that we’ve been host events monthly since 2018 and have hundreds of engaged community members showing up to our events!

Here is some of what we want to spend the money on:

  • 👯 Taco Talent (LIVE)

    A high quality talent network and community job board from Getro as well as a healthy budget to promote. This is the first thing we launch to immediately generate impact with the goal of scaling up to a full time recruitment operation for our community members.

    Thats right we will host and promote the 💩 out of your open roles to help you build stronger companies. 💪

  • 🤑 Taco Perks (LIVE)

    We are fortunate to have perks from awesome companies like Stripe, Microsoft, HubSpot, Twilio, OpenPhone, and many others for our community - but want to invest into providing massively better benefits and subsidies for entrepreneurs.

    We already have comprehensive community discounts in the UAE through MyBenefits.io and have ambitious ideas on supporting banking, lobbying with regulators, and other ways to invite founders to build here!

  • 💰 Taco Fund (LIVE)

    Create a a funding vehicle for founders in our community. Same day decision. Simple application. No fuss.

    Our members came together to make this a reality in Fall of 2023. $100k+ checks. Community funded. Monthly pitches.

  • 💪 Team Taco

    Volunteers are great, but paying for talent to help us manage our community is better. Whether getting shit done for our members or helping run the Taco Perks & Docs, we’d love to have someone full time dedicated to community growth.

  • 🌐 Taco International

    With full time help we can start engaging a bigger community. Uniting lovers of tacos and getting shit done for entrepreneurs in other cities with satellite events.

    Riyadh, Beirut, Cairo, Lisbon, London, New York, and Austin all have current members and we want to empower them to grow the community.

  • 🛠 TBD Utility

    These are the starting blocks to lay the foundations of our infrastructure. The team, network, documents, events, venture capital, and most importantly YOUR participation will drive continued utility development.

    We aren’t going to bullshit you and promise some infinitely scalable metaverse. What we can promise is an IRL community that you can touch and feel and a continuously developed suite of perks, services, tools and opportunities for collaboration and co-investment 🔥
